I contacted Cheap Limo when you first posted the price quotes you got. I had a really hard time making him understand that I need one 150 foot church runner, not two 75 foot runners. He was over talking me and I didnt feel my point was understood so I decided against him on the spot. So without a contract, I dont blame you for looking elsewhere. If you don't feel that you are being understood or given the simple assurance of a contract, it's not worth the cost savings.
Good luck with the dress! Sounds like the alterations are another situation where you have to go with your gut feeling. :o)
