TMI- 'aunt flo'

I am miserable right now. I have my period so bad that i feel like I want to throw up.. I literally feel like I might. I also have a killer headache-

I keep making jokes because we are going to Eilat in Israel which is on the red sea.... I'm sure you see where this is going...

that stinks...mine just ended yesterday and i'm sooo happy i got it...i had it 2 weeks ago since i messed up on my BC and i thought i was going to have it on my wedding day! whew!!!!!!

Not my favorite time of the month...Midol always works well for me when its that bad...

I take extra calcium & iron the week before and during and it really does help- the gyno had suggested it for me- you may want to ask yours.

ugh... just a couple days ago my cramps were FIERCE!! I was in sooo much pain, FH kept telling me to go to the dr because it should never be that bad. Of course it's that bad!! I hope you feel better.

And yeah, i'm expecting it on my wedding day also... unless my BC works a miracle and I'm able to skip it

I just had a headache and thought I may be getting sick. maybe mine is comming too! I'd rather have that than get a bad cold or flu right now- too much to do this week!

awwww feel better!! Pop 2 Midol, have a glass of hot tea and just relax. That's what I always do when I feel like that. If it makes you feel better I had my period a week and 1/2 before my wedding but because of all the stress I got it again 2 days after. How much does that su ck...lol!!!
