TMI - My Breath is Stinky!

Sorry this is TMI - but my it seems my body is in ketosis now - my 2nd week of SBD!! Don't worry - I've been popping sugarfree Starbucks mints!

Both diets put you into ketosis b/c of the low carbohydrates.
