Can you recommend a reasonable rated reception hall in Queens or Brooklyn on average $50-60 pp for a good friend of mine....

How about Verdi in whitestone? or Romanview in Howard Beach, I think there prices are around there. And food is great at both places.

Depending on the time of year, Caffe on the Green in Bayside could work with that budget.
Also, don't discount Leonard's of Great Neck...looks fancy but the price might be right.

I would suggest Bay Ridge Manor in Bay Ridge..Duh!!..LOL.. Very nice place and reasonable... You can google name...
