I am watching the memorial right now and with each name read, I have one tear. I consider myself lucky to not have lost a loved one on that day, but my heart hurts as our city, the city that gave me life, and our country has not been the same since. I am still however proud to be an American and will support whatever it takes to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Driving into the city without the towers in the skyline for the past four years is a constant reminder of the stolen images of freedom we once had. G-d Bless the people lost. G-d Bless the families that remain. G-d Bless America.

i spent most of the day yesterday in this awful funk everything was making me cry. we have to make sure we NEVER forget the men and woman and children that died that day because if we do they would have died in vain and we cant let that happen. everything reminded me of my friend yesterday it was so strange i even heard bagpipes while i was sitting in my living room i thought i was going mad it turns out that the guy down the block plays in a bagpipe band and was practicing.
