to all the ladies i didn't get to meet at yesterday's gtg:

i'm so sorry i didn't make it.

as i was getting ready to leave, i heard a HUGE 'THUD!!!!!!!!' in the house. since i have a 12y-o son, i ran back in to see what had happened.

well, my dear brand-new husband tripped (on i don't know what) and BROKE HIS TOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so instead of heading for long island, i drove the the local emergency room.

as most of you would know.... IT TOOK FOREVER to get medical attention i told him to fake a heart-attack, we'd get seen faster . while he's just about crying in pain, i just kept wondering, 'how soon can i get out of here to go to long island?!'

again, as you can imagine, i didn't get home until VERY LATE! was all i could think of at that point.

i've been playing nurse (not in a good way) ALL DAY! this is the first moment i've had to get on here and apologize for not making it last night.

i hope you all had a great time. i feel pretty sad that i didn't make it. i should have just ignored the 'thud' and went on my way jk

oh well, i hope to make it next time.

i feel like a dork for missing it, but i guess it was a moment when i had to be a 'good wife'. i just saw some of the pictures, makes me even sadder that i didn't make it.

oh brother, his majesty is calling. i'll be back later tonight or else tomorrow from work.

that's when i told him that the next time there's a gtg, I HAVE TO GO. he just laughed. he also asked me to thank you all for your kind words

Hey, there were other things that happened aside from a wiener between your legs. But maybe you enjoyed that too much to remember anything else! (There was also my almost temper tantrum at the DVD player, lots of gossiping and the wiener stealing food ( I guess he gets hungry after being between legs).
