We really love the fact that LIweddings has you guys here to help us with everything we need. We really really are grateful for it all. It's like a one stop shop for DJ's, Halls, Photographers.. everything!
However, we also love the fact that liweddings allows the brides to post their opinions about their experiences with vendors because it helps us out a lot! If the review is great then great! If they state some things that are/were troublesome to them that's their opinion and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
If someone is going to outright bash a member i agree that is 100% wrong. I would suggest FM for that to individual people. But if people are just stating some concerns then that should be fine. Brides and their FH's should not receive phone calls and emails stating that you didn't like their opinion. Honestly, when i hear about certain companies contacting brides because of their opinions THAT would make me think twice about booking that vendor NOT the original concern the bride had.
I would think that most vendors would take the concerns as constructive criticism and correct any misunderstandings. (Which i'm sure some of you do).

This is ridiculous.. take everything we say as constructive critisim to better your business!!!
we are real brides giving real reviews. i'd take them seriously rather than calling up people and complaining!! and then taking the reviews off the site as if they never happened!!

I just wonder, do the vendors realize how that makes them come off? IF they are calling with concerns about what is posted about them on a board, that shows an insecurity to me, and I would hesitate to use them
i agree to that . i think a vendor contacting us because of something someone has said is the last thing any of us ladies need right now on our plates. so definatly glad you brought that up
