? to bfeeding working moms..

hi gals..i'm pumping at work..can get in one session a day, dbl pumping and get about 4 oz each bottle. Some days I can pump again in the afternoon.
Seems that it is not enuf. The nanny has to dip into my frozen supply. I checked this past fri and saw that there was only ONE frozen bag left!!!
SO I tried to pump while feeding J . DOesnt work that well between the bobby and her fidgety legs.

SO- I'm looking for tips. What works for you in order to pump more effiencently. Takes me at least 1/2 hour!

I pumped last night while watching TV and it seemed to take forever!

I just started back to work last week part time. I have found that I can pump best if I pump while she is eating, but I cannot use the boppy. The bottle has no where to rest if I use it. I only need to leave two bottles a day since I go during lunch to feed her. I find I have the most milk in the morning. Try to be sure to pump then. I will try to think about other things that help and FM you. I am at work now so I can't type too much.

You should post this on epregnancy.com under working moms. Those girls seem to be experts at this stuff.

How is working P/T working out for you? That is what I hope to do someday.
