Do what ever YOU want to. It's your wedding day and if it's what you want then do it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have a cathedral veil, a fingertip veil and a blusher. I am getting rid of the blushed and just using the other two. Whatever you pick will be beautiful!

i didn't even wear a veil so i vote for no blusher, it was nice to see clearly and have everyone see me too

i originally wasn't going to do the whole Blusher thing, but everybody kept saying that i should. I think I will, because I really am an old fashioned girl. I love traditional things, so why not? Do whatever makes you happy. It's YOUR wedding

i wasnt sure at first either, but then i decided to do it. And you can see lol i dont know why ppl think you cant see, i remember seeing everybody very clearly. Plus dont think any of us would wear a blusher and walk down an aisle without being able to see would've made for an interesting walk down the aisle if we couldnt
but i really dont think you should feel pressured by others to wear it. If you don't want to then don't, its a personal decision and you should do whatever you like best
Totally agree....love the Plus dont think any of us would wear a blusher and walk down an aisle without being able to see
I just imagined it

with my clumsy self i would've tripped hahaha. I guess it also depends on the veil and how sheer it is. Mine was pretty sheer and when i think of my walk down the aisle, i remember seeing VERY clearly, not blurred at all or anything.

I know me too...I normally trip all the time I saw perfect with the blusher. I just think it's exciting because DH couldn't see my face from the entrance of the church but of course the closer I came he was able to see me perfectly. I think it adds to the excitement

I was pressured too, everyone was like dont you want your dad to open the veil and reveal you and i was like um NO...so I got my way and didnt wear a blusher, its just not me, dont be forced to wear something you dont want to, you will regret it

Re: To blush or not....POLL
I was obsessed with my veil and blusher so I wore it! I wanted a very antique look and the veil was my great grandmothers!!
I personally love how it looked in the pictures I have so far

I wore a blusher because I wanted to be traditional -- I was able to see easily and you could still see my face well in pictures. However, don't wear one if you don't want to! You want to be comfortable.
I think it's best to just decide day of based on how you feel, since you have the blusher anyway and it's detachable.
I didn't decide until day-of about whether I would take my veil off and when. I ended up leaving it on the whole time (put it on around 9am, wore it all day until the afterparty --- took it off for a short time because a guy friend wanted to wear it, and then put it back on and wore it to our hotel). My hairstyle and veil placement was such that my veil was prominent in some shots, and almost invisible in others so I just went with the flow.
