To Dye or Not To Dye... that is the question! *POLL*

So, I was thinking about dyeing my wedding shoes light blue. This would obviously be my 'something blue'.

Just wanted to get some opinions...

i honestly wouldn't---just because i would be afraid that if their is any moisture or anything, the dye could easily come off not only on your feet but on your dress.

i think the shoes are gorgeous as is!

ETA: are the shoes 'dyeable'? are they specifically made to be dyeable shoes? if not...you might dye them and have an uneven balance of color on them.

Got this idea from my friend- she got blue swarovski crystals and put them on the bottom of her shoe (between the heel and ball of the foot- arch part)- and she wrote her and her fh's initials and the date- it looked really cute & was great in their pics- so I am stealing that as my something blue

or you can always get blue undies or a blue garter

mines was my orig engagement ring setting (that we had to fix but ended up replacing then fixing) I loved it so much & didn't want to part so i put a blue stone in it & used it as my something blue.

But you can do alot of things for you blue. I have see little pins with a blue heart you can attach to the hem of your dress. some put stones stick on jewels on the bottom of their shoe spelling out their initials. you can put a blue gem on you bouquet. etc

I'd leave the shoes as-is. They're so pretty!

I had a baby blue pedicure.

I'm kinda traditional, so I'd vote keeping them same as your dress.. I second blue undies!
