Can you tell me all about the cruise... How much did it cost? How long was the flight? Where does the boat leave from? How was the food? What was there to do on the ship? As you can tell, any info would be appreciated. Thanks! Nicole 8.2.02

Nicole, The flight to tahiti was 8 hours from LA. Once we got to Tahiti we had another day there and then went to Moorea for 2 days, Huahine for 1, Raitaea for 2, and Bora Bora for 2 and then back to Tahiti. The food was good on the ship, the entertainment was so so. We found that were so active during the day that we had a hard time staying up for the evening programs anyway. I think we paid around 3000 total, everyone we met paid different amounts depending on when you book, and what specials they have going on. Hope this helps. Erica

Thank you for asking all the questions! We really want to go there too but are worried about the age group and if there is enough to do at night as well as during the day not just on the ship but on the islands. Good luck with everything!

We too are worried about the age group as well as activities on and off the ship. Have you looked into any other places/trips for your honeymoon?

We haven't looked into anything yet we are not getting married until 11/2/02. Bora Bora just looks so beautiful, we just wanted something different and specail this will probably be our first and last big vacation for awhile anyway. How about you?

Same for us. We aren't getting married until 8/4/02. We want to do something different. And we've seen most f the carribean. It's also going to be hurricane season, so we have to plan accordingly.

The $3,000 included our airfare from LA. To get to LA we used vouchers. There were about 15 other honeymoon couples and quite a few other people in their 30s, and then the age range varied to parents age and older. We rate our trip a 9, it would be a 10 but we had lots of rain...not the cruise lines fault. We absolutely loved it and met lifelong friends. If you are looking for a trip where you can do a lot of activity on the ports and not much on the ship this is it, but we met people who were not interested in the ports and were bored on the ship.Welcome New Vendors
