So how many of you girls are doing the garter toss? I'm soooooo torn.
Half of me is kind of embarrassed to do this in front of both of our fams, but then at the same time I found this adorable Yankees garter set (pic in my wedding ideas album), and it would be so hilarious to wear it because I'm a HUGE Yankees fan, and FH is from Maryland and HATES the Yankees, so when he finds the garter he will likely launch it across the room Plus I kind of like being traditional.
Are you girls going to do the garter toss?

I am and Fh got me a pooh one to wear!!!! He ended up getting 2 for the price of one so I'm tossing the other!!!

Probably won't do the garter toss... although I still really want to get a Mets-Yankees one.
You can still get it and just show it to FH later.

I'm going to be so shy about it so I'll need a drink or two first lolz, but I'm def. doing it. I think its a fun way to get people up and involved, and everyone who doesn't get up to participate still enjoy watching it. I always enjoy it at weddings!!!!!

A part of me wants to do it because I think it makes for funny pictures, etc. My FH hates it and doesn't want to do it.

we did the garter removal, and i surprised DH with 4 different garters (pics in my review)
since most of our friends are married ...
instead of doing the toss, we did an anniversary elimination dance, where the couple married the longest got the throw away bo-k. we didn't give away any of the garters 'cause the couple that won was my grandparents. grandpa doesn't need my garter

i found a few cute army garters i need to decide on whaty one i want and another one to toss as long as he doesn't go in all crazy with the teeth and all it will be fine...... as far as the bo k i'm just making a small one with carnations and maybe some ribbon to match our colors
