I would get her something small, like a yankee candle or something. Otherwise you'll be spending a good portion of the $75 on her gift!

A token gift, like chocolate or coffee or something else you think she'd enjoy is appropriate -- you shouldn't match her amount.

I think a small box of , Godiva, Baci or Perugina chocolates are appropriate.
Just a small thoughtful gesture...

Re: To give or not to give
Wine can be a personal thing. I've gotten bottles of wine the past several years as gifts .. and while I use wine frequently for cooking (not much at all for drinking) .. I'm pretty choosy about the wines I use.
Hope this doesn't sound snobbish ... but just like people like certain foods .. I think the same goes for wine.
Linens N Things had some really cute tart warmer sets .. came with a tart warmer .. and three different scented tarts.
Maybe a nice decorative holiday candle??
Maybe a pretty painted glass dish or bowl??

I would give something like this or if you know something they enjoy drinking (a particular wine or liquor). It shouldn't be extravagent. My boss insists I don't reciprocate for him at Christmas but I usually give him a box of godiva since he is a candy fiend.

Last year we got our boss wine, it came in a package of two, white and red. You will find it in any liquor store. Does your boss like coffee? Maybe a D&D or Starbucks gift card?
