To join WW or not to join WW

I would never do it!!!
no way could i or would i waste my time with the counting of points!!!
it really can be a pain to cook or even go out for someone who is on it.

smaller portions high fiber food and cut back on booze. thats all i need. oops. cant forget exercise!!

My FSIL is on it.
she has lost tones of weight and has kept it off.
she did it on-line. no meetings.
she couldnt be happier

In the end its not for everyone.
but it cant hurt to try!!!
