remember last night i posted that my cousin (male) got engaged last night
now he just told me they are getting married before the end of the year - probably october or november!!! hello!!! im getting married feb. 2nd

Well thats good at least. This is why Im prayin' that nobody gets engaged anytime soon because I would not be able to handle it as well as you are if they picked a date near mine! lol

Ok so you have to share the spotlight for a little while. But they will be married just in time to give it back a few months before the wedding when things start to get crazy.

yea, i dont know why i was letting it bother me FH is so cute, he came into the bedroom saying, 'i dont understand, why do they have to get married before us' he was joking of course!!

I think it is better they get married first so you can have the spotlight after and no one can take it after your wedding. People will be talking about yours not your cousins :)

I know how you feel. Just recently one of my cousins and one of fh's cousins got engaged. Neither one have picked dates yet.....so I keep waiting to hear some news.
It's not that I mind the wedding dates being close, I don't want to hear it from the guests that will be invited to theirs and ours. I have enough opinions/complaints about stuff to last me a lifetime!

there was swo much drama... it was horrible. we were fighting for a while after all the plans were laid down

hmm...if you think that is bad. MY wedding is july 5, 2008. MY BROTHER'S is july 19, 2008. there are literally TWO WEEKS between mine and my brother's weddings.

yea i know. BUT my brother is 32 and i am 22, so i am mostly just happy that he has finally found someone to share his life with. he's wanted this for a long time.
