well - he was booked first, but they have been dating for 6 mos. i have been dating for 2 years, and talking about a july 08 wedding for MONTHS now. and they knew that, and went ahead and did it anyway. when i asked why they did that, my bro said 'because michelle (his fiance) didn't care about it being close to yours' ...meanwhile does anyone think that maybe i care?

i suppose what's done is done, and i will make the best. i just hope that all of the family guests can attend and AFFORD to go to mine and my bros. within a 2-week span!!

aw...i feel for you! at least you got to be in the spot light on your own for a while. think of it that way....they have to share it with you their WHOLE engagement. and by the time their wedding is over, it will be all about you again! (not to sound selfish but you get what i mean, right?)

hahah well my wedding is first, so it's more the other way around. by the time mine is over, it will be all about my brother and his fiance again. but im actually more okay with it now. when it FIRST happened, i was in tears for days crying to my mom and sister 'HOW COULD THEY DO THIS TO ME!! THEY KNEW I WANTED THAT DATE!!' but i figure that im the bride in the family, so most people if they have to pick one wedding to attend, will pick mine. not to be mean, but hey, my brother is the one who planned it that way!!!
