I haven't been around too much since it's busy at my job but I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate you...cheesy as it is, you have all been so wonderful.
This site, despite the drama that often occurs, has been a blessing. Being from upstate, I sometimes feel lost in Long Island and often feel like I don't have friends to turn to. You have all changed that....you've given me a place to vent, laugh, cry, etc....
I am a big dork but I just felt the need to say thank you.....

But yea you are right without this site I would be lost. I would have picked all teh vendors FBIL and his wife picked and spent tooo much $$ and got nothing for it

I have to say a big thanks as well...everyone was very supportive and sent prayers when there were things posted about my mom and whatnot....I honestly don't think I could ahve ever planned my wedding this well without all of you....and some 07ers too, but its mostly you guys...THANK YOU!!!!

I totally agree with you :) I also grew up Upstate and now live in NJ. I went to college at Hofstra & FH is from Commack- so that's our connection to LI. Without this site & all of the helpful hints- I'd be LOST!!
