So I know that invitations just went out for my shower (i've been told the date but nothing else). I've been checking my registry every day for fun and last night I saw that my NUMBER ONE FAVORITE item on the registry was purchased!! (the kitchenaid mixer!! ) But when I saw it I shrieked and immediately closed the internet window. I'm really gonna try not to peek anymore so I'll be surprised at the shower, but I was just wonder what you ladies' thoughts were... will you check it regularly, or try to leave it all as a surprise???

Oh.. Just peek!! I did! You registered for everything, it isn't like you don't know what type things you are going to get. I took offense to people saying 'don't peek, you'll ruin the surprise', which could be true because all of a sudden when things fly off you know the shower is coming.. But still, the big surprise is seeing WHO got what for you.. I almost fainted when I found out who bought me my stand mixer!!
Don't let me influence you too much. I just don't see what the big deal is... Plus it's fun!

When I know my shower is near I will be peeking like crazy too or should I say looking because I am not embarrassed to admit it. You should enjoy the peeking the suprise will come when you see who gives it to you! Congrats on the mixer, I want the same one

i check mine regularly i cant help it and honestly, its a good thing i do b/c a lot of things on mine have been discontinued and I wasnt notified, so I wouldnt have known to replace those things if I wasnt a peeker.

I peak like hourly my registry is a one click tab on my browser at work and home hahaha
one of my showers is this weekend and one 1st weekend of march so lots of stuff is missing hheeh WAHOO
