So I know that invitations just went out for my shower (i've been told the date but nothing else). I've been checking my registry every day for fun and last night I saw that my NUMBER ONE FAVORITE item on the registry was purchased!! (the kitchenaid mixer!! ) But when I saw it I shrieked and immediately closed the internet window. I'm really gonna try not to peek anymore so I'll be surprised at the shower, but I was just wonder what you ladies' thoughts were... will you check it regularly, or try to leave it all as a surprise???

I peek for my baby shower and i was still didnt know who bought it so i had a great ime ... but i dont know if im going to peek for this shower lol .

I peeked. I would try not to. But then I peeked. I think the longest I went with out peeking was 3 days and that was because I got wicked busy with other stuff and completely forgot.
Just because you know something was bought doens't mean you know who it is from. I was VERY surprised at my shower by who had bought me what. I think its fun to know that stuff is being bought.

I peeked for my eparty and wish i had not. Someone bought us our salad spinner and 2 sets of beer mugs that we never got! Clearly whomever it was likes our taste enough to encorperate them into their own home .
No peeking for the shower!

Well I know my invites were received late last week so I was going to add a few more things to the registries yesterday and when I logged on I saw that there had been so much stuff purchased I almost screamed with excitement. Now I want to look every second!

Its so hard, but try to be surprised. It is so much funner that way.
If you have to check, check someone else's if you know anybody else getting married. Thats what I do for my 'fix'
