To send an STD or not to send an STD, that is the question...
I guess I should decide already, huh? I wanted a picture STD, but we are not having our engagement shoot until spring. So, I sat on it. Now I am really wondering if I should just send an STD to out of town guests...I have no clue. Anyone not do STD's? Why didn't you? If you did send them and you had a design and not a picture, can you post them so I can get some ideas? Also post where you got them. Thanks!!!!

I didn't want to do them but FI did. (More like his parents did.) We just ordered them about two days ago. I didn't want to do them because I don't WANT everyone to come. The less people the cheaper. FI was worried because we guaranteed 125. I think we are going to have WAY over that amount though. We bought the magnets.

I'm not going to send. Everyone who cares already attended my engagement party, saw my date on the Fortunoff registry or asked me.

We did them....and people have already told us that they were getting dates for other weddings and it helped them to remember when ours was...that made it worth it to me.

it was just important to me to get them and the hotel info to oot guests... i know they have blank STD cards at michaels... i wasnt crazy about my e-pics, and for a while considered doing all text, but ended up cropping and manipulating one fo the photos... if you want help designing something, just let me know! you can also do something cool with a monogram!

They are really cheap at Vistaprint.com I got 50 for $12.00 and that included S&H!
Send them! Enclose them in your Xmas cards.

I wasn't going to do them, but I love the way our e-pics came out & I want to share. I'm not sending out a lot of them, just OOT guests, and not even all of them, just the ones I want to make sure attend.

We are doing them because we are getting married on a holiday weekend. We ordered business cards off of vistaprint for about $20 for 250 (they have a cute card with a wedding dress and tuxedo) and went to staples and bought magnets for business cards ($25 for 100 of them).
