To Sleep Perchance to Dream...

Last night I dreamt of grapples. I cannot stress to you people enough how much this disturbs me.

Nov04LIBride was there, picking out grapples in her wedding dress in the Waldbaums in Oceanside. Naturally.

The grapples came in varying sizes, from about apple-sized to ginormous melon-sized. They sort of looked like purple onions. There were hundreds of them. Thousands. Pile upon pile of genetically engineered fruit.

I woke up in a cold sweat.

d@mn you LIW, d@mn you to heII...

Now that's funny because when I think of a grape - I think green, yet they were purple like a red onion ... hmmmmm

The Truth about Grapples ...

Oh I am so flattered. I AM the duchess of grapples, so it was appropriate that I be there. Ironically I have never been to the Waldbaum's in Oceanside (or Oceanside at all, come to think of it...).

Kids go wild over them, too!
This makes them a perfect snack at home, at school, or at sport functions. Their glowing expression will say it all... 'WOW! Pass me another one!”

I'm getting really squicked by science-fruit... and about the Grapples (which I still pronounce as rhyming with apples) what a rip!! I could soak a brussel sprout in strawberry punch and call it a 'brusselberry'!

I ask you all to please stop the silliness today - i am reading this while in a classroom, and shoudl really be inputting grades, but instead am reading LIW threads....so when I laugh outloud like that....people look....

and, i, too, pronounce a grapple as if it rhymed with apple....
