To those who are having a female as a 'Best Man'
What title are you actually using? Chris's sister is his 'best man' and we don't really know what to call her. Anyone have any ideas?

She already has a big head and I want to try to avoid giving her a title that will inflate it even more.

why not call her the best man??? I had a friend who had a woman as his best man and he didn't alter the title b/c of her gender
