Our couch finally arrived yesterday. They told us 8-10 weeks and it was 16!!!! Anyway Macys never called us to even tell us that the couch was being delivered, and they charged us in full while we were on vacation for the couch before I even saw the damn thing! We had so many issues, but their head manager is away until tomorrow. My DH is calling tomorrow to give them a piece of his mind! I will let you know the results, and I will NEVER buy furniture from Macys again!

Nothing to add except: I HATE MACYs! I wont buy anything from them. THey are the WORST STORE EVER.

I cannot stand their department stores....terrible, almost non existent customer service, long lines, etc.
I ordered a couch set from their furniture store last year and didn't have any problems....but I guess I was really lucky!
we bought a couch from them 2 years ago...and the only problem I had was with the saleswoman...we bought a sectional and I told her I wanted the chaise on the left side...but she said we had to order it on the right side as if we were looking at it from behind...
well it came in your...I went back to the store and the manager was very accomodating...he sceduled the pieces to be redelivered (while we used the couch the wrong way) and refunded our delivery fee...
ours came in 2 weeks though..

I got my couch from them 2 months ago and haven't been billed for it yet (not complaining about that LOL).
However, upon delivery they scratched my newly refinished floors and I called right after to complain and corporate never called me. I called to yell about it and they said they didn't have it on record but did have that I called to say to be extra careful - they gave me a $175 gift card. We fixed the floor ourselves.
