I am wearing one. I always wanted my Dad to lift my veil. Mine is a seperate piece so after the ceremony I will just pull it out and still have my veil. Why dont you try it on with your dress and see which look you like better. Its really a personal preference. I am sure there are a lot of brides that choose not to wear one. Good luck deciding!

I just posted about this earlier. I'm definitely wearing something over my face, just not sure what. I'm not sure if I should wear an actual blusher or use my elbow length veil (since I will also have a cathedral length).

It's so funny... I normally do to, but this one thing I'm torn about.

i wore a plain one. had my dad lift it right after he walked me down. i palnned on taking it off after the ceremony but i was afraid of messing up my hair so i just left it in all night lol

I'm not going to do it. My mother and I decided that my father can't be trusted haha. He's very accident prone, we don't want him like rip my veil or ruin my make up or hair lollll

I am wearing one. it's not a real one, its the fingertip veil that goes with my cathedral length one. I will have my fiance veil me before he goes down the aisle (jewish tradition) and then I have decided that my dad also can't be trusted not to flip it and have it look all wonky, so i am having both my mom and FMIL come up and flip it. I will have my dad and FFIL wrap FH and I in the talit (so my dad will still get to do something)
