I got the Swarovski Toasting Flutes, as a wedding present, and I am freaking out about them. I am really afraid they will break at the reception.
Are you guys taking your flutes to the reception? Aren't you worried they will break?

Re: Toasting Flutes
I brought my flutes in the original packaging. Our Maitre D made sure they were cleaned and repackaged for us!

I got the same ones for my shower and I said the same thing!! But I think the box it comes in is pretty safe. I am going to bring them to the hall and make sure my maitre D is VERY careful with them!

Re: Toasting Flutes
I am not even so much concerned of getting them there or back, as much as what happens to them when they are at the reception. What if someone knocks them over? Like me? I am so clumsy!
Are you worried about droppiing them, or them being dropped!?

Re: Toasting Flutes
I am very worried, because I am VERY clumsy and a bad drunk (and champagne makes me 'happy') so I purchased regular flutes that were about $20 including personalization that way we have something 'special' and if htey break, oh well...they were $20 bucks! LOL
Theknot has a few of them.

I don't know...I bought mine last night. I think as long as you give enough time for the etching (if you're having them personalized) you should be OK...or the month of if you're going for no personalization.

Re: Toasting Flutes
We are bringing ours to the reception. I'm going to have the maitre d or a family member like my mom make sure they come back safely.
