Today...

...is FH and I's 1 year anniversary!! Its so awesome, but it also kinda ***** because he is in Ohio and I am here. Oh well at least it is a year with my wonderful man!

ETA: Is it wrong that I am really bummed that FH didn't do anything special today? I didn't even hear from him until after 7pm when he sent me an IM saying 'Happy Anniversary'...and we didn't really talk much tonight. We're on Skype together now, but we're not really saying anything...I just feel really bummed that today was just like any other day.

I know what it's like to be apart on anniversaries. I spent our first 4 anniversaries in Boston. I was in college there, and FH was here. But it made it even more special when I got to spend the 5th one here with him at home

Sorry you're bummed out, I def understand. However, I think some people think Anniversaries are a big deal and some don't. So I wouldn't worry about it!
