Things Remembered called, my bridal party gifts were ready. I just picked them up and they came out beautiful. Then, Rena Marie Jewelers called and my sample invitation is in for me to view. I am going there tomorrow to look it over and then I will get my invites in about a week. I am soo excited. It feels so real!!!

Awesome!! It's a great feeling when everything comes together! Things Remembered did a great job on my bridesmaids gifts too!

My day just got a whole lot better!! My cousin just called and invited me to a Yankee game on Tuesday. Her son(my little cousin) has been battling cancer for a year now. He is thankfully in remission after getting his leg amputated. Well, because of everything they have been going through and they live in North Carolina I haven't seen them in years. I am sooo happy. They have had to live in NY for treatment the past year. Well, they invited me to the game on Tuesday and we get to go in for batting practice and our seats are Derek Jeters parents seats. I am so excited. Not only am I a huge Yankee fan, but I am a huge fan of my little cousin who has been so brave and tough battling this disease. I can not wait to see them next week. I want to pick up a little gift for him. Any ideas? Well, thanks for listening, I just wanted to share my good news.

that is so wonderful! have a gret time at the game. and i hope they win (even though i'm a mets fan)! as for a gift - would candy work? i know that's my favorite gift!!
