Today is a sad day...

FH just told me that FFIL had to put their dog, Dexter, to sleep this afternoon. He was 14 and had cancer. But, most recently, he developed a tumor in his mouth. This morning the tumor burst and he was bleeding. FH just told me I feel so sad for FH, his family, and Dexter. I know it may sound silly, but please keep Dexter in your prayers.

I took this picture of Dexter on our last trip up to FH's family's house in PA a few weeks ago. He was relaxing in the back seat of FH's truck. He was a good dog.

Thanks for all the support girls. FH's family is still really upset. I went over his house yesterday for the first time and it was pretty weird because Dexter wasn't there sniffing for food, lol. I had a mini-break down yesterday when FH told me he misses him. I just have to keep remembering that he is in a better place now.
