I turned 30 last September and it wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought. I actually LIKE it!! Isnt' that funny?
I wasn't engaged at the time, but I knew we were headed there and I think that's why it was okay.
You're definitely headed into the next phase of your life and maybe that's scary for you. Not only are you getting married, but you're probably leaving a period in your life where you hung out with your friends every weekend and partied and only had to answer to yourself. It's life changing, but try to see it as a good thing. You're much closer to being who you want to be as a person than you were 5 years ago and probably know more about yourself.
28 was a good year for me, I met my FH. You're marrying yours at 28! You're going to have an AMAZING year!!

Happy Birthday!! We have two things in Common, one: you're getting married the day after me and two: I'm a July Baby too! I got really emotional this year. MOre so because I was sooo happy! I feel so lucky and blessed! I was on a high on my birthday. Usually, I like to keep my birthday low key but, this year I celebrated with friends and family. I felt like this on a birthday for some time. Happy Birthday again!!
