If you have a B list, call as soon as you can - maybe wait 3 days after the RSVP date? just for those who send them out the day the responses are due?
I think i will wait at least 2 days since we want to get the B list out. i'm dreading calling people though
I actually didnt call people myself though. I had my aunts or tony's aunts call everyone!

That stinks!!! Give it a few days and see if some more come in otherwise I think you will unfortunately have to make some telephone calls...

wait a week & then start calling people. a lot of people dont know that you are supposed to send it out b4 the rsvp date, not on the date, so you'll probably get a lot in this week. then the losers who dont rsvp at all you just have to get an answer over the phone.
