My younger brother had a heart attack. He's not even 30 yrs old.....I spent the day in ER. They are still doing tests. They said it was a blood clot.

Please send some prayers out for my family.

I'm so sorry this happened to your brother, but what a miracle that he is alive. Hopefully, he will adjust his lifestyle and start asking others to help him when he needs it.

He's lucky he has you to look out for him though! Take care of yourself, and I hope he improves with each day.

Thank God that he's OK indeed! Your family will continue to be in my prayers and I hope your brother does in fact listen to his body better, or at least to his little sister - he is very lucky to have so many people that love him in his life!

Oh, thank god he is okay and that the doctors gave him clear advice on how to make sure this will never happen again. You sound like a wonderful sister, so make sure to take care of yourself during this time!
