Today would've been...

1 year if we kept our original date... I know its for the better, but i still have over a year and a half now, so today I'm all depressed

I know and thats the reason we pushed it back. We didnt want to struggle after the wedding. Its just I could've been so excited today and now i'm not. Plus the past couple of days have been soo nice and its like.. darn i couldve possibly had weather like that.

We postponed our wedding as well. Originally we were to be married 10/20/07 and I thought at first that that day will depress me but the more I think about all the planning and how we can save so much more money now, I'm relieved that we postponed.
I feel for you. Treat yourself to something special today to bring your mood up.

don't be sad, it's a big deal now because your planning the wedding but in 20 years is it really going to matter that you got married in november instead of april? nah.

I know, in the end and as it gets closer to my date now, i'll know that it was worth it. So when 10/20 comes, do you think you'll be upset?

And I know its going to rain, hmm come to think of it, if it pours tonight, i think that'd make me happy

I think I may be a little upset but I know I'll be happy with the fact I can save so much more. I'll probably plan a day of fun things with my fh so that we're busy and don't think about it.

Whenever I feel like that, I figure out how far away my date is from now(which is 15 months) and I count that time backwards so that I can see how fast time can fly by...15 months ago seems like yesterday so 15 months from now is only like a day away! Hope this helps..

Very true. I can't believe i've been engaged for 15 months already...so i guess the next 19 will go by somewhat fast.
