It's pretty tasty. I make it with the cherry onion relish, which is super easy and super tasy. Unfortunately, in massive quantities, Tofurky gives me a belly ache We also buy the deli slices for sandwiches sometimes. So yeah, it doesn't tase like turkey, but it does have a pleasant flavor.

me too. I have problems knowing when to stop eating it cause with cranberry sauce it is delish, but I think I have ODed on it now.

Cherry onion relish. It's awesome. I put it on top of the roast, covered it, cooked it for 1:15, uncovered for like 15. No hassle. They sell the slices at the Trader Joe's by me. If you shop there, check for them.
