Re: TOM TOM GPS

I just bought the Tom Tom One XL gps and I bought it online from Circuit City a few weeks ago. It retails for over $500 in most places and I got it for a little over $200 (before shipping of course) lol
you can even try Ebay, I was going to but I dont have an ebay account and was too lazy to set one up lol oh well, they were cheaper there too!!

Re: TOM TOM GPS

I was originally going to get my FH the Tom Tom but then someone told me about the Magellen Maestro. From what i understand it''s comparable to the Tom Tom. It talks and says upcoming street names, it's all touch screen, the screen size is the same and it has the automatic re-routing feature in case you make a wrong turn. It also has the restaurants, gas stations, atms in all areas. Target has it on sale for $150 this week. it's normally $250. Check it out. HTH

Re: TOM TOM GPS

I got a Garmin for FH at bestbuy for $269 - was $299 but I had a 10% off rewards zone coupon. I heard Garmin was the best, don't know if that is salesperson schtick or not -- Tom Tom, Magellan and Garmin seem to be the top names.

Re: TOM TOM GPS

I just walked in the door from buying one for FH. I got it at PC Richard. It is on sale for 149. It has the necessary features.

FH is going to be so happy especially since he drives alot for his job.

Re: TOM TOM GPS

I did extensive research on this. TomTom One Third Edition is 129 (the cheapest ever) at BJs.com
No other retailer can beat that! You dont need to be a member of BJ's wholesaler to use the website. Also, shipping is VERY cheap compared to other sites.
