Tomatoe and Sharp Cheddar Toasts.....
Ok, I don't know what the real name would be....so that's what I call them....
Take fresh Italian or French Bread and cut into slices....Longer slices are better....
Toast them.....
When they come out, take a raw garlic clove and rub on one side of the bread.
Cover that side with a slice or 2 of sharp white cheddar...
Toast again till cheese bubbles....
Add 1 or 2 fresh tomatoe slice on top and and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste...
Great for a little appetizer or snack and they look nice for entertaining.....
