Last week I posted about a not so great customer service experience with the receptionist at Tommy's Tunes. Last night, Tommy the owner called both me and FH up and talked to us about the situation. Everything got smoothed out and he really made an effort to make us happy and comfortable again. Just wanted to update you all! I was totally impressed with and really appreciated the level of professionalism and respect with which I was treated.

glad it worked out, usually the only way to get things done is to speak with the owner directly... employees really could care less about you ya know
