Jenn, I'm having my remaining fallopian tube cauterized or taken out tomorrow (the other one was taken out last December). Its filled with fluid (hydrosalpinx) and it can damage the embryo when we start IVF.

Its a different doctor and hospital this time, and although this RE was highly recommended, there has been some mix ups/miscommunications which makes me very nervous.

Dh wants to write 'NOT THIS SIDE' on part of my belly for me.

BTW, some hospitals do write on their patients with permanent marker before surgery - like Yes on the correct side or an X or something on the opposite side. Better safe than sorry!
