I started weight training about 3 weeks ago using my FH's Bowflex machine as well as free weights 4 to 5 times a week. I'm also really watching what I eat. I can definitely see a difference!

Good luck!!! I'm starting seriously dieting and eating better tomorrow too!! I say this every Sunday night, but now that I found a dress, I need to get serious!!
