Ohh how exciting!!!

I would just make sure that if you have any special arrangements with them (we had a few - no beer in bottles must be served in glasses, ashtrays on tables, boxes for the cernterpieces underneath the tables so that people could take them home at end of night....) that you go over them again with them!!

Make sure your menu is set to what you want, also the times, your cake, and if you want to be in the bridal suite or join your guests at the cocktail hour.

Are you getting your cake from your hall or a bakery? If it's the hall, ask if it's a real cake or cardboard! I heard horror stories about that!

yes...some halls make fake cakes then have sheet cakes in the back to cut up. I think most of them use real cakes now!!

If you want any extra food wrapped up..
make sure you have a designated person who will be taking all that extra stuff home (glasses, food, cake server, cake topper). We almost lost our leftovers!
