Tonight...

I am going to my cousin's rehearsal dinner and tomorrow night is his wedding~! This will be the second wedding we are going to since FH & I started planning our own. Does anyone else find going to other people's weddings while your planning yours kind of strange? I feel like I become overly critical of everything going on lol It really makes you look at weddings differently.

Tonight...

From now until my wedding... I have 6 weddings and then my own. One of which I'm in... and one of which is his sister. Its so weird and kinda strange lol

FH and I have two weddings over the summer and I am sure we will be critiquing everything lol! I guess you end up paying more attention to the details. Our wedding isn't until Sept 2014 so it might be a good chance to see how their DJ is!

Tonight...

We went to a wedding in November, which was only two weeks away from the date we will be having ours. I literally took note of EVERY detail of that wedding. It was one of my best friends, so luckily I can ask her more personal questions about it.

Have fun! I think I'm way more critical now, which is terrible - but I can't help it! I notice everything. I've even been thinking back to weddings I've been to in the past and I have a completely different perspective now.

I haven't been to a wedding yet since we got engaged, but we have THREE coming up in the next 6 months!

I'm actually looking forward to the first wedding after ours (which I think there's one a few months after ours) so I can kind of 'get over' not being the bride anymore, LOL.

I had 12 weddings last year - 6 of them I wasn't engaged for and 6 I was....I totally understand how you are feeling! I still have 4 more to go before my wedding day!!!!

Have fun! I was taking notes on weddings before we were even engaged lol. As of now we only have 1 wedding before ours (which we're in) but their may be 1 or 2 more. I think it's a great way to get ideas and see what you like and don't like.

As of right now I'll only be attending 1 wedding during my engagement, but it just so happens to be yours lol :). I'm actually looking forward to it, and don't think it's weird. I actually like it, because I have someone I can talk weddings with until I'm blue in the face with! Plus it's a great sound board.

fortunately but also unfortunately FH and I are the first of our generation in the family to have a wedding AND the first our all our friends. which is nice because we get to set the bar and give everyone a great time that they've never had/haven't had in a long time! but it's a little unfortunate because I would love to go to a wedding with FH !

Tonight...

Fh and I have 3 weddings to go to in the summer but all three are so different than our wedding is going to be so I look forward to enjoying them.

My cousin got married in June and we were engaged in May, I was observing EVERYTHING!! My other cousin is getting married in October ( I am one of her BMs & she is mine) we are sharing a decent amount of stuff with each other but am excited to see how it all comes together.
