My Husband is in construction, which is not doing well right now. He filed for unemployment benefits in Dec., but because of a misunderstanding between the initial unemployment rep. and my Husband, he was refused benefits. So, he was mailed papers to explain himself, he FAXED them, and was given a date to appear in person, to explain himself. He spoke with a mediator, and was told it might be three weeks before he heard a verdict, but he got paperwork today, that everything was in order, so hopefully, we'll see some money, soon. Mary MOB

Thanks, Michelle!!!!! It can be very scary, when a Husband is in construction, and no one has work!!! Many, many years ago, when my Husband was self employed, as a builder, and the construction industry took a nosedive because of high interest rates, we lost our business and our little house!!! We rented for a few years, and it was tough!!!! We gave up things, and it was a very sad time for us, and our children!!!!! So, with the current building situation, I felt my stomach tightening up AGAIN!!! Mary MOB
