For those of you who have read my previous post, I got my wedding proofs back and they were horrible. Not what we asked for at all....anyway, after 2 weeks of waiting, we are finally going to meet with the owner tonight! God I hope it goes well! Wish me luck! I'll post the outcome tomorrow!

Hi girls, I'm back, and pleasantly surprised. The owner showed us some samples of still shots from the video and is going to have another set ready for us in a week. We are bringing in some of our families and friends candids that we really liked. I must say I was ready to go in and get alot of resistance, but the owner was very apologetic and concerned about his reputation and wanted to do everything to make us happy. Now, i'm always somewhat skeptical, but he seemed geniune. We meet again in a week, and i'm hoping to have some good shots from the video. Crossing my fingers that all works out. I am definitely going to keep you girls updated and let you know if he follows through on all promised. I have to say, I feel ALOT better! Thanks again for your best wishes....I'll post when I hear more...

He didn't give an explanation, really, except that unfortunately, when you do so many shoots, sometimes this happens. Apparently the photographer I had was highly requested and recommended, but he said he obviously dropped the ball for our wedding. Doesn't really help me as far as recreating the day, but I was pleasantly surprised at the owners attitude and eagerness to do whatever it takes to rectify the situation. SOOO, we'll see what happens!
Hope he comes through on his promises!

At least he will try an remedy the situation! Maybe you'll get the package for free, not that it helps with recreating the day but it's better then nothing. Remind him that you are a member of LIW and what you say will have a lot of impact on other brides decisions, maybe he'll be willling to do even more for you! Let us know how it works out:)
