Tons of Appointments this weekend!! Any advice?!?

So FH and I are going out to LI tomorrow to meet with: FM Entertainment, 12th Night, LI Sounds, Wedding Cinema, and to check out the Four Points Sheraton. I know we are totally killing ourselves by doing so many appointments in one day... but I figure if we are driving out to LI (we are from NJ ) we might as well just make a day of it!

Any advice as to what we should ask or do before booking anyone?? TIA! Will post feedback on these vendors once we get home!
