That's all I EVER get from people everywhere I go when I do something wedding related. Is it even possible to be too calm? I don't think so?! Should I be a raging lunatic b*tch while planning what's supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life? No...I feel that it's then when you loose the reason you're getting married in the first place.
Has anyone else gotten this alot? Or am I solo on this one lol.

on my way to the church everyone was getting in my face going 'you're getting married you're getting married you're getting married' and i didn't even flintch.......we have been together for 5 years....lived together since december..........i was more anxious to start partying then i was to walk down the aisle.........whats to be so nervous about??? I was stressed a lot before that day, so by the time it came, i just wanted to have fun. I didn't really cry either.....just once when i was sitting up there and realized my grandfather wasn't there....he wanted to be at this wedding so bad, but he has passed away. No nervousness, no crying. I had the best time of my life!

I get the same thing all the time....I purposely planned things so I wouldnt be stressing out like a lunatic at the last minute. I dont think there is anything wrong with being a stress-free bride!

I've been told how calm and together I am with the whole planning thing. But I still have some time to go, so who knows if that will change!

i am calm about the wedding day, annoyed with the rest of the planning ...i cant wait to the day of though when all that will be behind us, no more planning BS and we can enjoy our day. But i also have one bad thing after another that keeps happening so dont go by me with the planning part hahahaha

we get that also - we see people and they are like hows wedding plans coming - when we say fine its like they dont believe us - they say really? you arent stressed? well yeah stressed about the money i guess - but we arent unhappy, we dont fight over the wedding (not even once), we arent acting like lunatics and everything is calm - we still have a little more than 7 months to go so maybe a month before the wedding it might be hectic when it comes to the RSVPs and seating chart and things like that but even then i cant see myself becoming to crazy - i hope!

I don't talk to many people about my wedding. When people ask me if I'm excited, I say yes, but I guess they expect me to be jumping up and down. I'm more excited about starting my life with FH then the actual wedding.

i do.. and people are like are you nervous.. do you think you'll get everything done.. how come you are not excited.. umm.. i am.. in my own way.. i don't want to walk around with a board hanging over me..

This is a problem ive had my whole life. I am not one of those peppy OMG like YAY girls. I just dont show certain emotions the way others do and then they always think something is wrong. When i am excited and around ppl im close with i have more of an acting silly type of excited thing i do. But its just not in me to be all YAY OMG !!!! and ppl who are like that and will show that side to me about their excitement i think find it weird that im not. Most ppl just eventually learn that this is how i am

I agree with you. It is about the marriage itself. People keep asking how we planned so quickly...we talked about what we wanted for months before we were ever engaged.... Let's enjopy this time in our lives before we tie the knot
