Soooo, is two years notice too early to send out Save the Dates? We're getting married 10/10/2015 and I want to send all of them out by this coming October....thoughts??
hmmm I think it's a little early... people are probably not going to book for hotels and airfare just yet. We're going to wait until the one year mark even though it is killing me because I want to do everything now! lol
Might be a bit early, I would say 18 months might be more okay if you rely can't wait till about a year. I do understand wanting to send them though. We are doing ours with our holiday cards this year for our 2015 jan wedding which I know some people will still think is to early but what's that saying, you can't please everyone : )

Crashing...you should definitely wait. You don't want people to get confused and think that your wedding is October of 2014 since STDs usually go out around the 9 month mark. However, if it's a holiday weekend one year is normal. I personally would wait until the year mark. Also, most hotels won't let you block off rooms that early and that info should be included on your STD or on your wedding website (which the URL would go on your STD).

i feel the same way..... so excited!... but it is too early :/
I was just thinking yesterday when they should be sent out! Guess I will be waiting a bit longer too lol
