we have 220 confirmed wedding guests out of 280 invited- I was expecting a number closer to 200, but oh well :/

I know the milleridge cottage ballroom is big, but I'm starting to get a little worried about space- I'm afraid cocktail hour is going to be so cramped, especially if the weather isn't nice and we can't sit outside

has anyone been to an event at the milleridge cottage with around that many guests, or more?

Since you'll be the only event, I think it'll be fine... Guests will spill outside even if it's drizzling and into the lobby where the big bar is. So I wouldn't worry too much about it. Don't stress the things you can't control :)

Is that your final count? I'm inviting around 290 and I'm really hoping for no more than 250

yeah that's my final count- it is about 20% no's which is just about the average amount that say no
