OMG, I tried on a finger tip veil, a blusher and a cathedral length all together, it looked beautiful.. BUt am I going to get tied up in veils.. lol.. how many veils are you wearing????? is anyonelse wearing 3?

I am wearing two tiers but I am not having a blusher. I tried on three and loved it but I feel it was too much for my dress. Good Luck!

I'm wearing a Blusher, a fingertip veil, and a cathedral. I can't wait!
(I'm taking off the blusher and cathedral after the ceremony though)

Word of caution - be careful at how much your veil comes around your sides. The wedding I just went to, the bride's veil kept getting in the way from teh side when they were doing their vows (so OH would have to run over and pull it back every once in a while so it didn't obstruct the view of the people or the photographer/video). No matter how many times she put it behind her shoulders, it would poof back around.

Wow -- I had no clue either. I always thought the blusher was just attached to the veil which had a certain number of tiers of varying lengths and that was it. Then you just push the blusher back and it becomes another tier. Hmmmm.... I didn't know you could wear three at the same time!! Cool.

yeah JimmysBride - that's what I'm doing. I didn't think it was necessary to a seperate piece just for the blusher.

I have never heard of three veils. I am wearing two. The cathedral, obviously, will be taken off after the ceremony and I will the other on for the reception. The vail I have for the reception is layered and tips have a trim of beads. Its just enough. Go with what you think you will feel comfortable with.

Same with me. Three veils!
Finger tip, cathedral and blusher for the ceremony.
Taking off blusher & cathedral for reception and leaving on fingertip veil.
I think it looks beautiful.

Only 2 tiers. A blusher and an elbow lenght. I didn't want anything too overwhelming. I've never been a girlie kind of girl and all this pampering and frilly stuff is a bit much for me. I love it, and I am going all out, but I have to draw a line somewhere.
