I was just looking at my registry, and now I am beginning to think I have way too much on it. I only registered at one place, Bed, Bath & Beyond, but I am at 2 pages already with stuff. I hope people don't think I am asking for too much!

Since you only registered at one place i think that your registry is fine it gives your guests alot of options and sometimes people like to buy two small things so lot's of options.

Dont take anything off. After you are married BBB with send you a coupon to complete your registry and then you can buy those things yourself. THey also have events where you will get more off than the coupon they send you. I am still adding things just so I can get the % off.

I have 2 pages online which in the store prints out as like 18 pages or something....I think its normal that way people can choose...and now I only have 1 printed page of stuff to buy ourselves plus we get the discount...leave the stuff on.

We registered at BBB and was told by them that we should have at least 20 pages. Each time we thought we were done, she handed us the scanner back and said 'nope, your not done yet'. We now have 20 pages and each time I go on the website, I find something else that I like.
(Just wanted to add, I have 20 pages when BBB prints it out and 2 full pages when I print it off of their website.)

i have super mixed feelings about this BUT
i think if you are registered at one place its ok to have a lot of stuff especially if you need a lot of new stuff.
my personal opinion, is register for things you 100% WANT and NEED.
as long as they are things you want and need don't worry!

I have 2 pages at BBB and I am also registered at Macys. FH and I dont live together and we need EVERYTHING, so we put everything we nee don teh registry adn if they get it great if not we can always get it ourselves later. I doubt people would think its too much.
If anything when I am looking at registrys to buy for people I like a big list b/c then I have alot to pick from.

It really depends on how many people you have coming. I had 65 people at my shower so I went through a lot of my stuff. I had two pages at BBB, a page at Sears and stuff at Macys. There is still a lot left, but their is still the wedding. Plus I figure if its on my registry I get a discount on it if I buy it myself later, so better to have it on.

I only registered there and had 28 pages, printed out. WE need everything of course there is alot on there that is off but, still alot that isnt that we still really need. People have more of a choice of what to buy you.

Depends on size of shower....I am having a small wedding and shower and am concerned about not being able to finish sets of things after the wedding!!!! That's my only concern!!!

I have two pages as well, and I don't think it's too much. We took off a lot of the superfluous crap too, because we found that that's all that has been purchased yet, and we desperately need pots and pans, dishes, silverware, appliances, etc. I would make sure that if you really need the big ticket items, to weed off anything fun that you just put on cuz it was cool. Keep like gadgets and lower priced items, but if you think that you'll be cursing under your breath when you open up your ice bucket, save yourself the heartache and take it off the registry. I wish I had.

I figure it gives people more options. I'd rather there be too much to choose from than not enough. I think as long as you have a good range of prices you're fine!
