Re: too soon
No not really. I dont have a DIY but i brought mine 2 weeks ago and my wedding isnt till June 20, 09 and yours is before mine. Hey why not get it out the way now? I just put mines away and it came in plastic so it wont get dusty just do that.

I think you should do it now.... Why not get it out of the way? If your worried about dust just wrap it in saran(sp?) wrap or something.

Re: too soon
Yeah, I agree, make sure you wrap it in saran wrap and then probably an airtight big ziploc too.

Re: too soon
Just make sure to cover it up real good. Keep the plastic if it came with ... wrap it in a blaket to keep from sun fade if possible LOL... I'm doing soo much DIY stuff now so I won't become a bridezilla the day or so before my wedding making crafts.Sorry..the LAST thing I want to do right before I get married is do crafts...that's for the NOW lol

I was going to get a big tub to put all wedding stuff in so it stays fresh I already bought all my votives for the seating I got them on clearence and couldnt pass them up. But the saran wrap and air tight tub should do the trick

I agree thats how I feel Id rather get it out of the way then be stuck doing a thousand projects before and getting stressed

I dont think it's too soon at all. I agree with the girls, just wrap it up really well. I've had my unity candle since May and its wrapped up in plastic and put away til July 09....

Great! Just make sure the tub is in a cool place! I've seen votive candles melt together when they are left out.

It is never too soon. Less you have to do later. Just keep in safe place
