im getting married in oct. 2005, do you think its too early to book the hall? i found the one i want...villa monaco in west islip, but i dont know if its too early to book.

It is never to early to book anything. I booked my hall in Feb. of 2002 and I am getting married in Sept. 2004. If you book now, you will get the price of now and not later on. In the long run, you can save some money by booking now.
IF you love it...and have researched and gone to see others...NO it is not too early to book...you will lock into 2004 prices...so it will be cheaper...
but don't be too hasty...that you will regret your decision...
maybe give the specifics that you are looking for...# of people, $, location...and the girls can give you examples on other halls that are similar to yours...that you can look at...just to be sure that you LOVE yours...

Lisa is right. We booked Aug 2001 for july 2003 we saved a lot of money and had more choices of dates and times!

As long as you know this is 'the place' for you, I say go ahead and book it. When I was looking this past August for my wedding in 2004, there were already bookings for 2005. I figure it's never too early when you know what you want.

it's $50.00 per perosn and it includes the wedding cake, 5 hour open bar, the cocktail hour and unlimited champagne. i'm on a tight budget so the most i can afford per person is around $75.00. and i'm having 70 people. i looked at a couple of places and this one is the best deal. i like it and i would like to book it,but if anyone knows of any other places in my price range i would appreciate the info. i'm looking for anything in suffolk, but not to far out east.

If you want to try the Manor East in Massapequa. They could definetely offer you a very nice package in your price range.

Book it. I've learned that in this business it is never too early to book anything. Just make sure you compare. That's a great price!!!
